Services Provided by Love INC Volunteers
Love INC has formed a network with over 30
churches in the
Southeastern Cameron County area. Many of these churches have
completed a "Time & Talent" inventory of their congregations
to determine which volunteer services their members are willing
to offer to people in need.
When a referral of a need comes in to the Love
INC office it is
referred on to local church volunteers or to a local service
agency, a helping organization or a local ministry.
Performance of any requested service is
dependent upon
the availability of a church volunteer, agency, organization,
or ministry willing to donate that service. Often times financial,
material or other restraints may also dictate the availability
of service.
Below are some of the services that have been
provided for
the poor, elderly, and disabled in the Southeast Cameron County area.
This list is not exhaustive, but it gives you an idea of ways we
can help. If you do not see a certain service listed here, we may still
be able to provide it.
